Beginning of Year

Set perspectives, objectives, and KPIs. Both staff and supervisor sign off. Supervisor approval unlocks the Mid-Year evaluation.

Stage 2December – January

Mid-Year Self-Evaluation

Mid-Year Review

Staff evaluates against the approved workplan objectives and KPIs. Requires supervisor-approved workplan. Supervisor approval unlocks End-Year.

Stage 3May – June

End-Year Self-Evaluation

Annual Review

Final self-assessment against all workplan objectives. Requires approved Mid-Year evaluation. Objectives and KPIs carry forward automatically.
